Promoter & Seller of Travel Information

All travel offers promoted through Yapit Travel are powered by Global Solutions, LLC, a registered Florida Seller of Travel (ST39282).

Reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC (Florida Seller of Travel Registration No. ST37782), which acts solely as an agent for hotels, resorts, and other travel service providers.

Reservation Terms

  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • If any component of a vacation is unavailable for the purchaser's requested travel dates, Yapit Travel reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations or services of equal or greater value.
  • At check-in, purchasers must present valid photo identification and a major credit card to cover any incidental charges required by the hotel or resort.

Sales Presentation Disclosure

Certain travel offers may require attendance at a sales presentation related to discounted travel programs or vacation ownership opportunities.

  • Presentation length is typically 90 to 120 minutes
  • Failure to attend, failure to qualify, or attendance under false pretenses may result in the purchaser being charged the full retail value of the accommodations plus applicable taxes
  • Disruptive attendees may be asked to leave and will be subject to the same charges

Purchasers are responsible for reviewing all offer-specific requirements prior to purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Neither Yapit Travel nor Global Solutions, LLC shall be liable for any:

  • Losses, delays, or cancellations
  • Accidents, injuries, or damages to persons or property
  • Acts or omissions of suppliers or third parties
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This includes, but is not limited to, events beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, or supplier non-performance.

All offers are void where prohibited by law.

Florida Right of Cancellation

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS TRAVEL CONTRACT WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

  • You may also cancel if accommodations are unavailable as requested.
  • To cancel, written notice must be provided within the 30-day period.
  • No refunds will be issued after thirty (30) days from receipt.

Purchase of any travel certificate constitutes acknowledgment of the consumer's right to cancel under Section 559.933, Florida Statutes.

Yapit Travel Platform Terms

Yapit Travel is an online platform powered by Global Solutions, LLC.

  • The platform allows users to view travel offers, access promotional deals, and interact with third-party providers.
  • Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform.
  • Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated at any time.

Content & User Conduct

  • Users are solely responsible for any content they submit or transmit through the platform.
  • Users agree not to post or engage in content or activity that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
  • Yapit Travel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, platform technology, and materials are the property of Yapit Travel and Global Solutions, LLC or its licensors.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All services, content, and travel offers are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability (Platform Use)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yapit Travel shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Use of the platform
  • Reliance on content
  • Transactions with third-party providers

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
