1. Availability & Substitution

All reservations are subject to availability. If any component of a vacation is unavailable for the purchaser's requested travel dates, Yapit Travel reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations or services of equal or greater value.

2. Check-in Requirements

At check-in, purchasers must present valid photo identification and a major credit card to cover any incidental charges required by the hotel or resort.

3. Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing all offer-specific requirements prior to purchase to ensure they meet all conditions and qualifications.

Presentation Details

• Typical presentation length is 90 to 120 minutes
• Failure to attend, failure to qualify, or attendance under false pretenses may result in charges
• You will be charged the full retail value of accommodations plus applicable taxes
• Disruptive attendees may be asked to leave and will be subject to the same charges

Florida Right of Cancellation

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS TRAVEL CONTRACT WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

• You may also cancel if accommodations are unavailable as requested
• Written notice must be provided within the 30-day period
• No refunds will be issued after thirty (30) days from receipt
• Purchase constitutes acknowledgment of your right to cancel under Section 559.933, Florida Statutes

Limitation of Liability

Neither Yapit Travel nor Global Solutions, LLC shall be liable for any losses, delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, or damages to persons or property arising from acts or omissions of suppliers or third parties, or events beyond reasonable control including weather, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

Platform Usage

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform
• Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
• Terms may be updated at any time
• You are solely responsible for any content you submit through the platform

User Conduct

Users agree not to post or engage in content or activity that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or infringing upon intellectual property rights. Yapit Travel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, platform technology, and materials are the property of Yapit Travel and Global Solutions, LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
